Sydney Watson was kind. My problem with the service is that I brought my vehicle in due to a few recall. When asked if I had some problems with the carni mentioned a check engine light and a epsight on my dash. A 21 point check was mentioned and I was under the impression that was routing as Brandon Honda does similar service at no additional charge when taken for oil changes. Absolutely no charge was mentioned!!! When my vehicle was picked up I was shocked when in charged around $200 for a service when all I wanted was the recall to be taken care of. I FEEL I WAS 100% ROBBED!!! I was not in the mood to argue so I paid and get along my way. I plan on taking this to your corporate office on this issue. I pay for the service plan that was offered at service I wanted to ask what it covered since I need a coolant flush.
Since purchase of two vehicles from this dealership we have had nothing but subpar and poor
