He did a great job. The service exceeded our expectations. The team was able to change the engine oil, brake fluid and clean the vehicle in ~75 min. That’s great team work! This is why I travel over an hour to have my rig serviced there.

The service advisor was highly professional. He kept me abreast of the progress of the service and the timelines of completion. He was cordial and offered to wash my vehicle. He provided me a mileage estimate of when I should consider replacing my tires. It was a pleasure to get in and out in a timely manner. I give my advisor a 10 rating.

Mike was great, but not a lot of people to help out in the afternoon and all my setting in my truck was moved. My cameras got unplugged.

Completely satisfied with Richard , he always have my best interest. but not the care of my car. It was extremely dirty and done drove 22 miles with my car .. that was unacceptable.

It was a smooth and easy process, in and out. Got what I needed to be done. As for Rudolph, very chill and cool person. Displayed good hospitality and was very kind in putting in the order to instal my front plate. Overall it was a great experience and look forward to having Rudolph as my advisor.
