Completely NOT your fault but didn't get my windshield replaced due to a scratch in it when received from manufacturer. However, there were dirt fingerprints left on the inside of my car and they left the paper mat trash on my seat

Crystal was great! i had some questions regarding some parts that were broken on my car such as the sunshade and the cupholder. Crystal was quick to find out if they were under warranty and get me some information. Her customer service was excellent. She was very easy to talk to.
