Not happy that Ford would not cover an issue with my vehicle and there was no discussion with manager to try and make situation right. Although I feel after I pushed issue with rep he did try one resolution but issue has not been resolved. I feel ad this was such a big investment from your dealership that they could have respolved issue at no cist to them.

You wanted $4,200 to change the radiator and coolant reservoir. I had it done elsewhere with OEM parts for $1,200.
I was told I wouldn’t be charged a $205 diagnostic charge. They did and disguised it as an electrical charge!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. After 2 weeks of getting the complete run around, no information, no calls back, multiple attempts to pick up my car I was finally overcharged then undercharged then overcharged again.
Crystal is always on top of any issues and always lets me know right away when my car is finished and ready for pick up. I know she is reliable and I trust what she tells me concerning my service. I’ve enjoyed working with her.
