Francisco B., aka :Frank didn’t care to assist me of any repairs on the vehicle like exchanging wipers blades, honk loss, and none of any fluid change radiatior, brakes, steering wheel just to name a few. I apologize for having a 2002 Lincoln an older model. Another thing is a shame, I came by to pickup my vehicle, Francisco knowledge of me,I was present in person never bother to speak with me on the side including Francisco Manager. I was no body for them to care about because having an old vehicle. I didn’t allow it to get to me with poorly service in vehicle and as a person. Guess you guys are in business only assisting people with newer vehicles and ignore older vehicles. Newer vehicles are too expensive like putting down a payment for a home. No worries next time, I would make sure to have a newer vehicle for better service from Ford in Cerritos. Excuse me for the truth

Richard was great and understanding of my surprise regarding the cost of repair. He understood that a lapse in communication took place regarding the expired warranty. We were under the impression of an another warranty. He provided great service and understanding and gave me a fair price.

I felt Richard took personal care of my concerns about previous service to heart ( my car was returned to me on a previous service visit with scratches….not once but upon fixing the scratches returned with additional scratches. I considered not coming back to Norm Reeves. Richard handled my car personally, as if it were his own. He took the time to make me feel at ease about returning. I won’t work either anyone else but Richard!
As of yet, my vehicle is not finished with the approved service (transmission replacement). As I know the part had to be ordered and given that there will need be shipping time before install, I have not been surprised by a total lack of updates since approving the replacement. I would imagine that if updates were available, I would be provided one, so as of yet I am simply being patient and understanding that time and a lack of anything of substance to update me on are my obstacles. Jesus (and the rest of the service team) have been excellent in all other ways.

I called to check on my van. Service advisor was at lunch.I'd have to message for her to call me back. No one called me. No one called to even give me an update on my van. The next thing I knew they were here and dropping off my van.very very poor service
