Andrew needs to speak more clearly and enunciate his words, I could not understand a single word he said in the voicemail he left on my phone. I did receive a text letting me know that my car was ready so that was helpful.

I only got an oil change and filter change and a battery change. The cost came to over than $1,400.00. That seems excessive to me, and it took 2 1/2 days. That seems a bit long to me. Also, when I dropped the truck off, I explained that I needed a smog check, and that I have been unsuccessful in finding someone to perform the smog check because of the weight of the truck. I was told not to worry because Norm Reeves always does smog checks for their commercial vehicles. When I came to pick up the truck, I was told that they couldn't perform the smog check because my truck was over the weight limit. I thought I had explained that when I dropped the truck off. Unfortunately, Norm Reeves Ford service has gotten to the point that I can no longer afford them. I need to begin looking for a place to take my truck that is a little more in line with my income level. Norm Reeves has priced me out. I do want to say however that I did appreciate the battery service where they came out and changed my batteries for me.

I have full faith in Oscar. However, your service technicians cause damage that didn't exist before. Every time. I don't like your business overall. Your technicians are a problem. Oscar deserves a better workplace.

Crystal is amazing!!! Always the best experience when dropping off my vehicle. It took a lot to trust another dealer as my previous two dealers I’ve gone to haven’t been the best or trusting. But Crystal has made my experience at norm reeves the best and I will not go to another dealer because of her!
