My car was done. I had a schedule and everything was great with the service technicians and the people have helping. However, the words and phrases that were thrown around a lot by everybody in every department in various ways, even over the phone were (Right now & give me a second). Every time this was said it ended up turning out to be a 3 to 8 minute wait.
Maybe instead of saying right now and give me a second. Should be rephrased to give me a couple minutes and I'll take care of that for you. Or give me a couple minutes and I'll be right with you. A second and right now are instantaneous. When you're told something like that and it ends up being 3 to 8 minute wait you kind of field left and forgotten. It's not a good feeling as a customer waiting.
Everyone can appreciate time is money. And I don't like wasting either one

Poor communication, last a whole day of service do to adviser being sick.!adviser had bad attitude, car smells likes smoke after picking it up.adviser needs training in customer service. Advertising to give a good comment on yelp and you will receive 10%off is something that you should consider changing! Very bad experience will never be back.
Lied, Mis spoke, mis lead, and dishonest and inconsiderate. Will never go to a Lincoln dealership ever again. It was so bad. That after driving Lincoln’s for 40 years, my wife wants to move to Cadillac , don’t think I can do that, and I hate bashing Lincoln because I love their cars, and they never took the gov bail out…. But NEVER GOING TO A DEALERSHIP AGAIN, recall or not. Never. Going to call there customer service care line . NOT SURE I WAS CLEAR, NEVER Ever.

I haven’t got anything serviced I’m still waiting to get a call back because my FordPass does not connect and you guys told me there’s a part on back order a month ago. Have yet to hear anything back

I’ve been a loyal customer since purchasing my 2022 Navigator at your dealership in September of 2022. I have been using your same service advisor Francisco Bretado for all my service needs since the car was new.
Unfortunately when I brought my vehicle in on July the 7th is when my problems all started with him.
Can you please have a manager from your company call me so I can share it with him?
