Rafael was fantastic, clear and constant communication. You guys still have my vehicle as it started to malfunction upon return. So Rafael kept the ticket open and brought the vehicle back to the dealership

Having had a bad past experience here it is very clear to me that significant improvements have been made at the service dept here. I feel that my advisor was good at communicating with me and the tech. I felt that I was able to get updates regularly and they returned my car clean.

I sometimes come before 8 am to purchase parts and I have no place to park due to your customer parking being blocked so I have to park at Lexus next door and walk on over. Thank you

I was told my car was ready. Then was told I needed rear brakes. Ok fix them. Then was told the car would be ready the next afternoon. I need my car the next day so I rental from Hertz. As I was leaving the next morning I received a call that my car was ready. So I rented a car to drive home, park it my garage and then back the next morning. Money spent that I really didn't need too.
