Crystal, rudy, gianna, and team went above and beyond to get my truck back same day. As a motorsports professional traveling the country year round I rely on my ford raptor and the team was able to fix a critical component of my drivetrain which made the difference in my trip before returning across the country. Not only that but ensuring a ride back to my hotel and a smooth pick up before 6pm same day. I've had nothing but negative dealer experiences with my truck but this team is truly outstanding. Crystal & her tech truly exceptional. Your swift action ensures that ill make it across the country to Connecticut for my next race. I won't forget it and I'll be a customer for life whenever I visit CA or need to purchase a new raptor.
Made an appointment for 7:30 Monday was told the appointment wasn't in the system but no problem. Was told on my brand new mustang that the check engine light would take upto 48 hours. I was a little shocked but ok, I was told at the end of Monday a tech was now assigned. Followed up on Tuesday and all I was some AI responses that said we will get back to you shortly.Two hours go by sy I Followed up again, same text response, will get back to you shortly. Was then texted by Eduardo that he checked the appointment log or something to that effect saying I told when I made the appointment that it could take upto 72 hours.which I certainly do not remember being told that.now I'm feeling like I'm being strung along, no priority at all. I paid 65k for a brand new Mustang and paid extra for premium maintenance. The car is on warranty but this did not feel like I was a valued customer. Took my car back, no work done, was offered a rental but wasn't told that was even an option when I dropped off the car.I never in my life and I'm 67 years old and have owned many new and used cars have had to leave my car for that amount of time for a check engine light. The car has 800 miles on it. This not good customer service.
