Eduardo accomplished all of my goals five stars couldn't ask for better service.
Horrible communication. Confusing communication. Texting is horrible and not efficient, time efficient, or clear. Over charged with lack of communication and unclear. Was told on 3 different days the car was ready and then each time still going thru diagnostics. Horrible with crystal who doesn’t text in a timely manner or call back in a timely manner. Figure out a better way ford! Still don’t even have my car back and this survey is requested.
Rafael was friendly and attentive. He went over the details of what was to be done to my car including the recall. He arranged for my car to be delivered once all work was finished and I received my car in a timely manner. Great experience all around.
