I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks time and time again I had to go to the dealer bcs my truck wasn’t working and asked for a rental vehicle and never was given one until the last week which I found useless I had my truck towed 3 times bcs it was faulty and I never received a rental for those 2 times I towed it to the dealer when it clearly wasn’t working. I would really wanna know what’s the update on the recall part for this low pressure pump recall bcs my truck still doesn’t feel very reliable .

I gave specific instructions of what needed to be done to my car in regards to the coolant reservoir and from my understating the service provider wrote them down, so that the mechanic would follow them. I got my car back and the mechanic did not follow instructions and in addition overfilled the power stirring reservoir, liquid was

Andres and his team were outstanding. The team were able to get my 2018 Ford Explore fully fitted for its transportation overseas, requirements included installing new winter tires, fixing the window and door liners, replacing the battery, and ensuring the recall was completed. This was completed all in one day, which was pretty amazing. Also, I’m an extremely happy customer as this ensures my vehicle can be turned into the Port authorities for transportation without any issues. Again, my appreciate to Andres and his team for their outstanding service and for making this happen.

Communication with Ford was inconsistent and nearly impossible to initiate. Most of the time, I would get status updates at the end of the day, after many attempts from me or my wife to contact by phone and/or text messaging, because updates didn't come when they were supposed to. When the updates finally came, the information was always very vague, most of the time dissapointing, and left us with questions that wouldn't get answered until the next day. This was not a good experience at all and we will be looking for a different place to take our vehicle next time.

I waited a full week for a diagnosis and didn’t get one. Furthermore, I requested my car be done with no later than Tuesday and didn’t get that until Wednesday morning because no one reached out to contact about it being done. When I checked it in on the Wednesday before, Richard was saying that he would get it to me no later than Monday.
