Great job! Thank you for your help in finding a part for my truck in a timely matter, noticing I had points I could use, and communicating with me where we were in the process of getting the repairs completed. An extra surprise was my truck was washed and cleaned when I received it back. Amazing!

As usual, the Norm Reeves team was outstanding! They make you feel like a cherished family member. The store is comfortable and laid out with the client in mind. I’ll make a suggestion: breakfast options before 11am are scarce. A restaurant on the premises would be great like the Southbay Ford near the 405fwy and Rosecrans. But other than that, Norm Reeves is the only dealership that I love to patronize.
