Had a scheduled appointment at 7:30 for an oil change. Came to the dealership at about 7:15. Did not get approached until about 7:45 and that’s after asking for help. A lot of employees in the service drive walking around and not appearing to be very busy. Need a better system in the service drive.

I retired from IBM and dealing with Eduardo Millan reminds me of being back at work again. He definitely is a man of his word. If he says he’s gonna do something you don’t have to worry about it. He reminds me of a Southern. What good are you without your word. I know he’s the manager, but he definitely leads by example. He should be the face of Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos. When the shuttle was out too far away, he came up to me and told me I’m gonna get you Uber to your house and I will also have the car dropped off when it was finished. He did not ask me he just went the extra mile. The car was returned with the part replaced and the car was washed. He is by far the best individual I have ever dealt with at a Ford service dealership. The car was completed in a timely manner and returned in a timely manner. Outstanding customer service, very satisfied, exceeded all my expectations. we used to do Customer service training classes, every five years in IBM. You should have him put on a customer training class for fellow employees. He would be the right person to teach that class. I’m a true believer of first impression is the last impression. My first impression of him was 100% right he’s a man of his word. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. He is also very personable. You guys should give him a raise so another dealership doesn’t steal him.
