I enjoy bringing my Ford vehicle to your shop. Mike Mosley was my representative and he served me well that I was there at the shop when he was there but I missed him due to his hours and my schedule. I believe he reached out to me but my schedule wasn't matching his work hours. Even so he waprofessional and did a good job communicating when we were able to connect. communicating when I was either at the shop or he would text me. to may have reached out to me

Rafael has helped me tremendously in the past several times and including today. He has taken excellent care of me especially when my transmission went in the truck. Rafael’s customer services always at the highest level and he’s an asset to your team. As for the service, I continue to encounter issues this time with a bolt being left loose on the axle which was replaced by your service team which sounds kind of scary.
