Mike was beyond amazing through the entire process. Not only did he keep us updated, but went out of his way to make sure our rental was covered. I’ve always had such a great experience with all of the service associates, but Mike really made this last experience a great one. Thanks for all you do! It is very much appreciated.

Two weeks to diagnos a problem that didn't even address the real problem. Then charging me over $1100 and sending me out with an unsafe vehicle. I will never use your service department again.
