Do you really have to charge so much for the service?
My oil change was great but left my car dirty with oil stains. I don’t think I will be back my interior was clean just kind of upsetting is all.
I have second problem, w/ rear camera, that is covered by a recall. Please persuade FORD to repair/complete the recall quickly and in a timely manner. As, it has linger for months. Thank you. You have my number
This was a horrible experience.this dealership had my Suv for 5 weeks,was told it would be 2 or less. Not given a full estimate,was told $500. It totaled over $700. My truck was held for a week without be diagnosed. I had to call several times for an update.Jesus could use some customer service training. Would never come back.Why set an appointment for 8:15 am only for my truck to sit for a week before being diagnosed for a instrument cluster that takes 1 day to diagnose.
I want the world to know how this dealership handled this situation.

Eduardo shows exemplary customer service. He was constantly professional, extremely knowledgeable and asked open ended questions. When I described a few items, he wrote notes and followed up with answers that were logical and a sound.
