Overall my experience went good however several hours later after I got my car back the check engine light came on while driving. It may be a coincidence. I’ll see if it goes on tomorrow.

Rafael Gonzales-Moran is the reason I go to Norm Reeves in Cerritos. Instead of going to TWO other Ford dealerships, Villa Ford and Fairway Ford, I will drive an extra 30 minutes to see Rafael. He is trustworthy, and that's a priority for me.
