The service writer Jesus has terrible customer service ethics. He took my Lincoln in wrote down things I didn't even say about seat belts which they are fine?? Then didn't give any estimate. It 0.00. Then I didnt know about the diagnosis charge. He promise car Tuesday had car in on Friday. He got sick but didnt have anyone follow up to.tell me anything.i liked your dealership in the past. But I won't be back. My father was a service manager at a dealship for many years. And he made sure the customers were treated with respect and courtesy. Thank you! Kerry

I paid $130 for The Works oil change, which includes checking and topping off fluids. After the service, the coolant reservoir was completely empty, even though the radiator cap was sealed tight. My brother caught the issue and had to add an entire gallon of coolant. This could have caused serious damage to my vehicle if it had gone unnoticed.
I did speak with a manager named Dominic and explained my concerns. During that conversation, I felt accountability was not taken, as he was quick to suggest that my vehicle had a coolant leak, placing blame on my car rather than acknowledging that the fluid check may have been missed during service. After further evaluation, I confirmed there is no leak, the mechanic who serviced the coolant system checked it thoroughly and found no issues.
I am disappointed that a service I paid for was not fully provided and with how the concern was initially handled.

Jesus was very nice and provided good customer service. Unfortunately what he would say was not truthful. First I got promised my car same day. I got a call late in the day saying it would not be ready but the next day early morning I should be getting an update. Next day I got no call I had to call in. Around 11am I got an update saying my car was not ready and was expected to be ready by 4pm since the employees were having a holiday party. Since I work overnight I told Jesus I would either arrange someone to pick up car for me or I’d go myself around 9pm. I was told my keys and all info would be passed along to sales dept. my sister arrives around 830pm and is told they have no clue where my paper work is at or where my key was at. My sister was told “come back tomorrow”. She had to take another uber home. And I had to take an uber to work and back home. Next day I call in the morning and they inform me car is still not ready but it would be ready by 11am and as soon it is ready it would be dropped off at my home. Jesus even mentioned it was very dusty and he would arrange a car wash. 1pm rolls around and still no car. I call and I’m told “it is on its way”. Car arrives at my home around 2pm. (It is a 14 min drive). Car arrives unwashed. At this point I have no resolution on one of my issues and another issue I was told was resolved was not resolved. I call Jesus to get an update if a part is covered under my warranty or not. He promises to call back. I also let him know my brakes had an additional issue. He told me once we know if the part( cowl) is covered or not he would get it all scheduled together. He promised a call back. This is the last I hear from him in almost 3 weeks. I tried every way of contacting him. Called service and was told he was on calls or with customers. I tried texting some of the ford numbers that had text me. Was promised a response and would never get one. I left messages w the receptionist for Jesus and for a service manager. Never got any calls what so ever. I emailed the general inquiry I had a person from sales call me and actually tell me no person in service is named Jesus and to try speaking to any other person. Which I did and all would simply leave a message for Jesus. I even emailed the BBB for help reaching a resolution. At almost a month after my initial visit I finally got Jesus on the phone. He then informed me the cowl was not covered and that my brake issue would require another visit which I could schedule when I’m ready. Unfortunately my next month is already booked with travel. Unfortunately I will need to put off another visit. Completely disappointed in the service I received. Long time Cerritos ford customer.
