I was told my tires were rotated, but only inspection and inflation was noted on my service summary. I called back to clarify, left a message, but never received a call back. I received a message yesterday that my vehicle was "ready to come home" when I picked it up on the 5th. 8 days earlier.

Car service was fine so far, however customer service is bias and unprofessional, especially when you are a she and know what's wrong with her vehicle. I don't plan on returning.
Service didn’t check everything I asked. I was also called and asked to make an appointment for a recall that isn’t available yet. When I asked about a scratch mark, the tech asked “someone” about the scratch and gave me an auto body and paint location ( I have paint protection) and I was ended up removing afterwards at home without help.
Very professional. And knows what she is doing. I would like for her to attend of my needs next time. I get my car serviced.

This was my first visit to Norm Reeves Ford and I was truly impressed with everyone I encountered. Andreas, my service advisor was very friendly, communicated via text regularly and was very professional. I was very impressed when I arrived to pick up my car and he remembered my name. That really put Notm Teeves over the top. I’ll certainly be returning to this dealership for any future needs that I have.
