My service guy is awesome. Took very good care of me and stuff. I’m very happy with Ford in the service that I received there.

Andrew needs to speak more clearly and enunciate his words, I could not understand a single word he said in the voicemail he left on my phone. I did receive a text letting me know that my car was ready so that was helpful.
