We have taken our vehicle in for the same existing problem. We have taken the vehicle numerous times and it does not seem to get repaired properly. We get our vehicle back and something new pops up on it. We now have a check engine light on and we have to bring the car back in once again. Then, we are stuck without one of our vehicles.For close to a week wall, you try to figure out what the problem is.And for some reason, the problem is not getting fixed properly. It is very frustrating to say the least
Rafael was professional, understanding and kind. He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle every step of the way. Provided a Lyft when my vehicle was ready and just made this whole stressful situation a little easier.

Dropped off car Monday morning 3/9, wasted 1 week of rental car, picked up car Friday 3/13 instead since diagnostic was not even done. I had to return rental car and wasted money by going to your service.
