Courtney was much better at communicating and giving me updates. You had my car for 2 weeks this last time to to download some software and I didn't receive a single update from Nygel. I had to call and talk to Steve to make sure my car was ready for pickup.

They had my truck for 3 weeks after initially told they was going to be responsible for doing a tune up on my truck. They called me to ask me after 3 weeks what do I want to do with my truck as far as service as though they didn't already tell me that the service was going to be free of charge. The service dept Manager said that their service agent wasn't supposed to have authorized it

Alyssa was great. I have no complaints about her. I appreciate that you were able to get my other service done at the same time as my appointment for my roof. I am not happy that I have to bring the Bronco in again next week because you have to wait for a part to come in. I told you what broke when I made the appointment. There was a week between when I made the appointment and the appointment date. I dont understand why you wouldn't have ordered the part when I called to make the appointment so you could fix it the same day it was there. Now I have to wait longer to drive it, bring it to you again, and inconvenience other people to to give me rides back and forth.
