Peyton saved the day for me! My new vehicle’s tire caught 3 nails on my way to work. At lunch time I was in dire straights - low tire. Peyton got me in for repairs. He is truly someone who cares about customer service & it shows! I appreciate Peyton & his Team!

I’m still having trouble when accelerating. I need to bring my car back in. I love Steve though. He gives me the best customer service.

I never recieved a receipt of the work performed. Left voice-mail but haven't heard back. I was told it would be emailed to me.
Peyton was very professional while servicing my Explorer. He discussed options I had upon discussing follow-up repairs including providing documentation and costs.

There was no communication. I had to call and ask for updates. My service advisor would tell me one thing and then not follow up and I would need to call to follow up then he would tell me something completely different. A piece fell off my car and when I called to inquire about it, he acted like it was no big deal. I also didn’t sign for my car when I picked it up and received no paperwork. I had to call 2x to get my paperwork mailed to me.
I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and was provided no notice of approximate wait time as I opted to stay and was there for 3 hours. I was told I would not be charged for labor, but this was still required upon checking out.
