Frustrated that we spent $400 on repairs today only to get into the car and find that my key battery was low, so I had to return to the dealership and buy two batteries for it. It would’ve been nice if someone would have noticed this and pointed it out so that we didn’t have to come back and get it fixed.

I spoke with my dad after I left the service shop and we talked extensively about how the people working at Ford dealerships are always some of the kindest people you can interact with. Alyssa was no exception to this. I have been fighting with my car all winter, fixing problems as they came up and the next one would be just around the corner. It came to a head when my battery completely died and neither a jump nor a couple hours on a charger helped at all. When I brought the battery to Capitol City Ford, Alyssa was quick to help diagnose the problems with the battery, and explain exactly what my options were going forward given my situation. She helped set up an account for me at Capitol City Ford so my warranty on the new battery I ended up having to purchase would be in the system, unlike the previous person who installed it. She made sure everything was right on the back end so that I would have as few problems as possible next time. Alyssa definitely made me want to bring my car back to get serviced at Capitol City Ford. She is an excellent employee!

Super disappointed that when I purchased my truck and download the ford app I wasn’t notified that I had to choose a preferred dealership to receive my ford points. 70,000 dollars and I can’t get a free oil change is terrible
