Very quick. I thought it would be at least two weeks but they called the next day with a diagnosis and estimate.
I requested The Works oil change and tire rotation along with the new tire install and that did not happen. I was called yesterday (by Shirley) and offered a choice of tires. I specifically requested Assurance brand (which I was told was around $100), but a $200 Goodyear was put on. And I thought $100+ for a TPMS sensor which can be purchased at retail for $25 is way over priced! I don't thinking programming it was also worth $100 as you can manually program it in the car with special diagnostic or reset tools. I was not consulted as to any change or pricing at any time.

Made an appointment for "the works" oil change and tire rotation for 915 AM. I called at 130 PM (see photo) to see if it was done and was told it was on the lift and would be done shortly. I had a ride to the dealer at 4 and decided to just go get it since I needed it for work that night. I got to the dealer at 4pm and was told it's not done and would be another HOUR. For a tire rotation and oil change with a 9:15 AM appointment. It only took 1/2 hour but they didn't complete the services that I paid for (see photo). Also they have on the service paper they measured all my tread depth the same, which I know for sure isn't correct because I had one of the tires replaced (they were the ones who replaced it)
