I got approximately a mile and a half to 2 mi away from the dealership and the tire pressure monitor came on. I just spent $1,000 on 100,000 mi service and of course they were closed. I was very happy that the salesman at least came out and checked the tire pressure for me. Then I got to Google how to reset the tire pressure monitor system I believe I successfully reset it but now I got to go to the gas station and fill my tires back up

You had my car way too long. You should’ve let me take it back home after I showed up for my appointment and just told me that I’m in line and that I would be called when it was closer to time you had it way too long and then the car that I got from the rental company needed a muffler and that’s embarrassing to have a loud muffler and I had to live with that then too, there’s nothing you can do about it now it’s just that you should’ve let me take it home after we found out. There was four people in front of me and the parts weren’t coming in fast and then I could take my own car home until you needed it

Everything was mostly fine. Everyone was very nice and helpful. However the thing that bothers me is that my truck still brings up a message that saying the oil needs changed. I would expect the cheaper and quicker oil change places to neglect that, but I feel like a Ford dealership should easily be able reset that for me and save me the trouble of figuring that out myself. It’s little things like that that should separate a quality dealership from the cheaper and quicker places. The primary separation I see now is the price and time, both not in your favor.

Communication was difficult. Nobody ever answers the phone there. You should be aware that the repair has failed. The car just up and quit running on 465 on Saturday night in 4 lanes of traffic. My daughter and grandson could have easily been killed. This is exactly how things started before you did the repairs. I am currently in negotiation with Ford to buy back the car under Indiana Lemon law.

One of my tires needed immediate replacement due to a nail near the sidewall. Alyssa did an outstanding job orchestrating the delivery of a replacement tire in less than an hour. I was quickly back on the road. The work was all completed without an appointment. Great job!

I have come to your shop before without an appointment and had to wait for those with an appointment to go first, however, today I had an 8 o’clock appointment, arrived at 8 but had to wait over an hour before they even started to work on my vehicle. So, an appointment didn’t help at all? Is it better to have an appointment or not? I really don’t have an answer for this? Can you help my out with an answer?
