I was without a car for 3 months after a recall and a part that’s was on back order. Alyssa took over as a rep for me and she was Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so happy when she called and said my car was finished . She was nice and kind and sweet. She was kept me informed with the part and the timelines and was assuring!!! She was great!
