Courtney Butler is always very helpful and gets my cars in as soon as possible when needed. I texted her when I realized I was going to need to replace my tires on short notice and she sent me specs on tire choices and got them ordered right away. She’s a great asset to your service department and I will always work with her whenever possible!

I was unable to pick up my vehicle. When I got into the car, it was still sputtering cutting off and in the same condition that I left it. I paid $2700 to have this car repair repaired two weeks later it is still undrivable. There is no way anybody tested this car to see that it was running and operating. There was no warning lights. There were no signals. There was no anything that came on in this vehicle that would indicate to me that there was going to be an issue or the same issue that I’ve had when I had it towed there at this point I’m still without a vehicle and now I’m out $2700 for an issue unresolved. I need this matter fix pronto

A $442 repair for a park assist sensor was made without my authorization. Service advisor admitted as such and said he would make it right and I still have not heard anything back. My truck has 182,000 miles and I have never taken my service to anyone except Capital City Ford. This is the first poor experience I have had.

Less than 2 years ago, you did a substantial engine repair as a result of a water intrusion recall. Part of that included reinstalling the oil pan with a new gasket. During inspection, it was found that the gasket is leaking and repair would be at a substantial cost. I was told nothing could be done. Further, I brought in new lug nuts, per advice of the service person, that were to be used for a tire rotation. According to the readout, no rotation was done, they just put on the lug nuts.
