Vehicle service was completed and I was left uninformed of that for 45 minutes when I finally went to see what was taking so long. Almost 2 hours waiting for oil change , when wait time stated at 1 hour.

They repaired the car just fine. My service rep at first didn’t understand that I absolutely wanted the dead critter removed from my vehicle before returning my car. Charlie also either has a voice mail that doesn’t work, the dealer doesn’t have enough staff, or he is just not very good at communicating with his client. I called him so, so many times with no response from him.
