They repaired the car just fine. My service rep at first didn’t understand that I absolutely wanted the dead critter removed from my vehicle before returning my car. Charlie also either has a voice mail that doesn’t work, the dealer doesn’t have enough staff, or he is just not very good at communicating with his client. I called him so, so many times with no response from him.

On again the service department did not disappoint. Charles Dunn was very nice, handled my issue with efficiently and kept me well informed on the progress. I will definitely be back when my car needs further service.

Service writer was upset with me because I had a email from your service manager with a 49.95 cost to do oil change and tire rotation , he wanted to charge me 86 .00 . He seemed very upset cause you all wasn’t going to make any money on the service you all did for me . The cashier. Lady was wonderful and very nice . I felt she was put in a bad spot the the service writer’s attitude any questions fell free to call me ****-****-xxxx

When I brought it in for oil change he told me he thought it was the rear main. He could have checked my warranty then and told me it wasn't covered instead of me coming in and charging me. It was a waste of time and money.
