They called me and said my vehicle was completed and I came to pick it up, I had all the same error codes that I had when I dropped it off. I had to walk home and wait another three days for my vehicle.

Car was not finished on 1st day due to the fact a faulty part came in and they had to get another part. I waited that day for the shuttle to return for 55 min. I was told they would let me know when it returned. I never got notified so I requested a LYFT to get home. As I wAs walking out of service waiting, Erik said “ oh, the shuttle is back” and the shuttle driver was walking back towards me and said “ you need a ride?” … a little too late… the whole experience made me feel as if I were an imposition, just by “ attitude” and overall actions. However, Erik did apologize for the delay the following day when I showed up by LYFT again to get my car…. I was told the previous day when I called about my car being finished and it wasn’t, that the shuttle could pick me up the following day… I called 5 times with no answer , so I ordered a LYFT. I get people are short handed and etc, but to me it seems all the more reason to kill your customers with kindness, so to speak to compensate for the slower service issues. Mind you, I wasn’t there because I chose to be there, I had a recall that needed to be taken care of.
