Charlie was great! Overall, though, it took way too long to pinpoint the problem and fix it and way too long for me to be given a courtesy vehicle under the circumstances. Charlie was very nice throughout the process though.

I had a appointment. But my van wasn’t even looked at day I brought it in. It wasn’t till the afternoon of the second day that work was even started. That was very disappointing.

Terrible communication, failed to order parts ahead of time, gave terrible estimates for how long to complete the work (I was told it would be done Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday. Each time I was told I would be given updates, yet I was given no updates. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Then when I get the vehicle back, there are scratches and pry marks on the dash and my turn signal is no longer functioning properly. To top it off, Steve Braaten isn't returning my emails. He's supposed to be in charge! Now I'm not even sure if the job was done properly if they've messed up this much. It's an airbag, this is my life on the line. 0/10 would never recommend coming here. It will be going on Facebook, Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau
