Had two key fobs synchronized for my SUV; however, the fobs do not open the lift gate.

Capital City is my favorite and only place that I will take my vehicle. No complaints except one. The service report where the mechanic marks what has been serviced the depth of the tires, and so forth was not filled out completely, for example the measurement of the tire treads was not on there, etc. I am planning on calling tomorrow about this. It happened last time with and I did not think to check it until way after the fact I looked at it for another reason. That means it is habitual and I must report this. I am sorry about this.
