The bill was over $100 more than discussed. At only $232.77 you can see why I was surprised. It was almost double the amount we had discussed. That said, the car is working great, thank you.

It seems like nothing was done that I asked to be done, despite an "inspection" taking place. Speedometer lights still don't work, even though Eric said that they were fixed. I'm missing a windshield wiper that I wasn't informed about. I asked for them to inspect the AC system, because it doesn't turn off, down or change with any buttons, and Eric said it was an easy fix. Really felt like there was ZERO attention paid to me even though I've been a loyal Ford customer for almost 20 years.
