Got service on my car on the 27th of June. Left had to go back to service center because my left rear tire, all lugs were loose, all of this after I said that I didn’t need my tires rotated… so was not to happy…

Cory greeted me at my vehicle and asked what service I needed. He listened and reconfirmed services to be performed. He gave an estimate of the time the services would take to complete. 20 minutes later I received a text that I would be notified when my vehicle would be ready. I was contacted by phone when work was completed. Great customer service.

Mr. Dunn had nothing to say to me. He left my bill at the cashiers desk and went back outside. Always in the past I have talked to the representative. I had questions about my tires but he was gone. I had to ask someone where my car was parked. I found Mr Dunn at his desk and asked him. I am recently widowed and I had some questions about the care of my car. But there was no opportunity to do so.

Erik provided great service but we were more than ready to trade the Ford Fusion 2009 in for Hyundai Sonata. Fusion was too much maintenance and the last visit would’ve required $2200 of work for us to bring it back to road safe condition, which we chose to put towards the new used car. And, Erik was kind and patient enough to work with us and the sales department through this transition, thank you!
