The ETA wasn’t accurate and I missed an appointment waiting for the car to be delivered. I know it wasn’t the fault of the drivers. The office just needs to more accurate with the estimate of delivery. I only live 7 mins from the the dealer. I dropped my car off around 11:40am and didn’t get it back until after 3pm. Other than that the process was smooth. Again this is no reflection on the drivers they were very nice.
I was satisfied with the work he performed, however, he didn’t work on the window issue that was part of my request. I was told they simply didn’t have time to work on that issue today. The window repair was on my appointment so it wasn’t a surprise request when I arrived for the service work. I don’t plan to take my car back to the dealership for future work.

Was told to have my truck there at 9
I was there at 8:40
Guy never even showed
Service department pretty much ignored me
I will never return for repairs, service or to purchase a new vehicle

Got things rolling and informed me issues during the maintenance process.
My time is valuable, like yours. I make an appointment for a day and time that works for me, and when I show up on time, I’m told my car will be worked on at some point. I may not have to wait long or I might have to wait all day. This is not acceptable and I will give serious consideration to going to another Ford dealer for my service. Please change your processes.

Service was very slow. Was not keep closely informed that parts were delayed. Very inconvenienced this visit. Cory was usually the person who took care of my vehicles and I did not see him there which is very concerning that the next service may be the same. Not only have I done business with Capitol City Ford I talked the company I work for into the purchase of a new 2023 F250 from Capitol City and brought the service of our business there. I hope things get back to normal soon.

The fact that I was able to drop my vehicle off,and it was ready and delivered to my place of employment all in the same day totally convenient.
I was a walk up oil change for my Ford Explorer. I was afraid that since I did not make an appointment that you would be busy, but nope I was able to get an oil change and within the time that I was told that it would take to be done. Truly thankful for the service and taking care of my vehicle.
