My Ford Service people are always helpful, patient, and efficient.
My service associate seemed grumpy like she didn't want to be there. In fact, I felt like she didn't want me to be there either. When I first arrived, with my truck on a flat bed tow truck, she suggested I take my truck to Inskeep because it sounded like a transmission problem. It was not a transmission problem after all, and for some unknown reason she ultimately discounted the labor by $10 an hour. Was this to make up for her initial missed assessment?
I made no complaints to her or anyone at any time to suggest the need for any discount.
That is, not until when I eventually spoke with the service manager, Mr. Braaten, at the service associate's behest, not mine. And despite our past interactions, I don't think Mr. Braaten recognized me at all. He accepted my feedback but didn't say much or do anything to make me want to continue bringing my truck here for service.
So, after all of that, I, like the service associate, don't think I want to be there, either.
Note: Drew was helpful in negotiating a ride via shuttle after the usual hours. And Terry, the driver, was terrific. As was the cashier.

Only reason I said no is because a repair to my hatch back latch did not work. However they did an amazing job on my engine replacement. Steve the service manager was very kind to help with a rental car. They kept me informed every step of the way. And Courtney at the service desk was great as well.
Courtney was easy too work with. I was particularly satisfied with communication during the repair process.
This dealership is great but that woman who does that cashiering - not the bigger woman but the other one with the RBF, was rude and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence.
Courtney's my Shero. She's had my back every step of the way. She's my go to person at Capitol City Ford. Since she has been working there,I look for her whenever I need anything done on my vehicle.
