Well I needed the recall done and they didn't do it for a second time. Said blower works off and on and so does the heat and since it wasn't acting up nothing was done. Considering ALL the issues with Broncos just replace whatever. I work too so it's not convenient not having my daily driver and then really nothing was done even with showing videos of the issues when it happened in real time. Chick who checked me in didn't get what I said the issues were down correctly .basically I have no doubt face the same stuff again and it's totally avoidable I have warranty and paid a lot for extended warranty yet came away feeiling like my car was just babysat. I had mentioned I needed it picked up no later than 2/14 and even under that message the technician noted there was a generic repair on when I needed the car . Attention to details clearly isn't a strong suit and prob make the extra drive to shelbyville for further repairs . I've given you my business twice now and both times recall wasn't done and I've not felt like the things I say I'm experiencing have been looked at and if they have they were too busy getting ready for the "pay" l sadnem Wasting my time now twice for a recall is BS considering it's on the work order .

Courtney, was very easy to speak with. She answered all the questions I had and she informed me of the cost before I returned to pick my vehicle. The service department got the job done and had me back on the road in a couple hours.

My car is still not fixed. I am currently sending an email to my advisor. It will update, and I was told it has the most current update, but it doesn’t. It will not stay in automatic system updates, and the radio still goes to FM on a fresh start instead of staying on Sirius, and we never listen to FM. We only use Sirius. I scheduled this when I was home from work and we did not need a second car. Now we need our second car, and will need a loaner. We have the Ford Exteneded warranty.

Great service. I was traveling from Colorado and the radiator on my 2012 F250 started puking water, on Christmas Eve. I needed to leave to get back to Colorado on Friday. Three other Ford dealers in the area could not get me until after the first. Two didn’t have the parts needed. I spoke with Steve in service. He said service could get me in on Thursday - the day after Christmas - and would have it done Friday noon. And he delivered. Can’t say enough about you whole service department. Everyone was friendly and followed through. That’s rare anywhere in our current culture and especially in new car dealerships. Thanks to your whole service department. Hell, since I have family out there I might just order my next truck through your dealership. I think I will. Thanks again.
