Truck smells like burnt wires when driving it after picking up. Truck ran rough and didn't seem like the truck was not in the correct gear. Tried to call services and spoke to parts who was transferring to service and no picked up. It was at 6 but really didn't know what to do with the truck. Now a loss on what to do at this point.

First off, you had the truck for 2 weeks. The truck set in the same spot, in a holding, for the entire 2 weeks. I picked the truck up 11 days ago. So you actually did absolutely no service whatsoever. Including the recall, that should have been done at least. I will never ever refer anyone, or come back to Capital City for. Feel free to contact me via phone, ****-****-xxxx. Between the hours of 9-5.

I was completely satisfied with my service. The staff were all courteous and Steve was wonderful. He made sure I was aware of total cost before any repairs began. I needed to have a diagnosis on my backup camera. Turns out it needed to be replaced. Thank Steve. You're great.

Car still leaks and alarm keeps going off off. On top of that my passenger side step doesn’t go up now. The panel on front passenger side was not put back on. You had my car for two weeks. Service Manager please call me. I had to drive my small Audi to Florida because you couldn’t figure my stuff out. On way down, hit a coyote on 65. $5k damage. The Expedition would have just run it over. It’s frigging ridiculous. I’ve got photos if you want them.
