It is not fixed! I am more than irritated since we were told it was and charged for it. It will be dropped off in the morning!
Don’t need any discussion on this matter. When I was informed within hours of my conversation with advisory of what cost we’re going to be, I informed him to proceed on the cable (which was going to be ordered from Tennessee, the transmission and rear differential to flush and fill and not to fix the mirror that was not retracting. With my vehicle sitting outside without power to it due to a bad battery cable (split in the middle) knew that nothing was done to test the power window that they wanted to charge me diagnostic of $165.00 and also told the before car was brought into the shop to pass on the mirror. Shame I always took my car to your dealership but the teams have changed and so has the honesty.
Courtney does an excellent job scheduling me in and getting me back into my vehicle. Great attitude to see at 7:00 AM. Has a smile and makes one feel like welcomed.
