My car was picked up. It was not looked at and I was not picked up and my car was not brought back to me. I spoke with Steve, discussed a loaner and was told there were none available. I requested a shuttle ride. I called back again and advised I would need a ride. I had to get a ride from a coworker. Appointment was booked over two weeks in advance. Hope tomorrow’s appointment
