I am still having problems with my car. The check engine light is still on. I'm still losing antifreeze. The service is very poor unprofessional. My car has been there eight times and every time it comes to get worse and worse wouldn't recommend it to nobody.

The service advisor failed to communicate with me about anything to do with my car. When I arrived to check in I just stood there forever waiting to even be helped. My appointment was at 2 and it wasn’t until I went to ask how come my car hasn’t even been brought in yet that I was told they would go find him and he said he would go do it now. I was there almost three hours for an oil change. He wasn’t very pleasant when he did talk at the end. When my car was finally done he opened the door and said “We got your car done I will take it out now” and walked away. When I went up to pay he said he was getting my paperwork. I sat talking to the lady the cashier desk for 20 min before he came back

The customer service was horrible. The Nigel guy that was supposed to stay in communication with me about my vehicle. Didn’t do a great job of customer service at all. Didn’t communicate didn’t do anything. I wasn’t satisfied at all.
