I picked my truck up from the service dept. And I didn't even make it home before it started smoking and over heating. I took my vehicle to the dealership for a peace of mind that it would be repaired properly. If someone would have test drove it after the repair it would have been obvious that there was a problem. I returned the truck back to the service department but they were closed. Can someone one please give me a call ****-****-xxxx Jonathan

After picking up my car , i noticed that the carpeting had been pulled out and is in need of fixing. I will try to come by tomorrow for an oil change that is needed, so you can fix the carpet too !

I was happy, for the fact I was first in line when the service department opened up at 8am. The part that bothered me, that it took almost an hour for the oil change. Everyone was super nice and helpful, as always.

I never heard of a dipstick rusting and rusting to the tube. It is always dry. Will have to have it fixed in future

Gail was an excellent person to work with. She was professional and seemed genuinely concerned with our situation. I thank her. I answered the question about total satisfaction with a no because it took 3 days for a diagnosis of the issue. Otherwise all was good. Once diagnosed the repair was quick. I’d rate Gail a 9/10 and service itself a 7/10.
