For a fee of $63 I feel you could do a little extra service such as a pre-vacuum on the carpets.
Some employees in the shop could be more friendly. I complain every time I’m there because you don’t have appointments for oil changes. I should’ve bought a Subaru.

We had greasy fingerprints on the window and door handle of the driver side of the vehicle. Other than that we were satisfied with our service today.
No need to contact. Teresa took care of me the best she could. There were struggles with Ford and I felt like it wasn’t a priority to get me a safe vehicle to drive for the 2 and a half months it was in. Eventually we got a vehicle for me. It was just inconvenient and were lucky I work from home

She is awesome!! Stayed late to try to get me fixed and rolling. Couldn’t get the part that late, so she helped get me patched together till I could come back the next morning.. first one in the door and out in less than an hour, all while she’s still helping other customers.. 5 stars
After going out to view few things while vehicle on lift, it wasnt until once I received bill that was told there is small crack in coil. Was told nothing too serious right now however if telling a customer be sure to show them since already out to car during repairs. Turns out gonna be very expensive. I found it odd to find this after the fact . Corey had already left time realized why he didnt show me while vehicle in air after I had looked under car for other stuff but he has a slight tendency to leave a customer in question same with making different price quotes and not returning phone calls. Dont get me wrong he is pretty courteous most of the time as well as some of the others at the service counter but I dont like feel left to then feel like bothersome. Maybe it was person who changed my oil who should have had Corey bring me back out to the car that also is just not a great cutomer experience. I’ve noticed any time I go there for service my car see which are leather or never covered with plastic either so...????
Your dealership is one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever did business with. You tried to change me a deductible for something the was covered under the factory warranty 200$. The dealership only call me one time and that was to say they had misplaced my truck keys and if I knew where they would be.

I have to call on Monday to have the vehicle back in. The vibration is still present. I will say, the service manager was great when dropping off, the call for updates, and picking up the vehicle. I also noticed the display had been changed from Fuel Mileage to Tachometer, which was interesting.
Cory is an outstanding customer service employee and delivers on everything he says he would do such as a follow-up phone call.
He is the principal reason I continue to take my vehicles to him and I appreciate his advice.
