Gayle did a great job but the job took 5 days instead of 1. Had an appointment for Friday, the job wasn’t done and was told it needed to be kept until Monday. Monday came around and it was still not done. It ended up being on Tuesday. Didn’t plan on not having a car for that long so had to incur additional charges to keep the rental. No courtesy car was offered. Will seek service at other Ford dealers for future needs

It took five days to get service, no one called when it was finished. I'm glad I went in there cause I may not have heard from the staff till the next week. They say they have empty slots in their staffing, if so, they should hire and train more techs.

I appreciate the thoroughness and care of the team to solve the issue with my cylinder misfire. I also am grateful for the customer service of Teresa. I am grateful that the team did not lift my Car on suspension lifts which may have collapsed collapsed chassis,but I am disappointed that the team did not find another way to jack my car up to check the emissions system and solve underlying issues with power steering. Also, my windshield wiper fluid does not dispense and I mentioned that I was out of fluid. They may have topped off levels but evidently didn't check for functionality.
