When I walked in your service center there were about 5-6 Capitol employees standing around and not one acknowledged me for what seemed about 5 minutes…after that it did get better so I’d give you a C+. Have to admit I’ll be looking at other Ford dealers to service my car - may or may not come back.

Service rep was pretty good to deal with. But the recall repair took way longer than what was communicated from both Ford Co. & dealership. I was ok with not getting car back when promised on first day but there was a substantial lack of communication with repair status on second day. I agreed to allow car to stay overnight because your tech could not finish per projection but then I had to repeatedly call to get info on second day to find out what status was. Because I only have 1 vehicle I was totally stranded longer than what I was told to expect. Then when I was finally picked up & brought back to dealership YOUR CASHIER COULD NOT Find our keys or paperwork which resulted in more time delay. By the way, the courtesy car driver was great.

Went to pick up the car this morning (Saturday the 29th around 11:00 am). Your website said that the service department was open from 8 AM - 1PM. The door was locked and no one was around. I called the sales department and they said that the service department is closed until Tuesday. Cannot say if I am satisfied with the service administered because I could not pick up the vehicle, but I can say that I was disappointed that the website said that you were open, but in reality you were not.

It took to long to get fix I was told one day that it was fix three hours later I was told it was not fit I was told I get a rental car at that time and didn’t get a car that day it’s was just to much it got fix 9 days later.
