Steve is great but can only do so much Ford Motor Company needs to step up. This has been going on way too long same problem over and over.

My overall experience was excellent from scheduling to follow up before service appointment . The valet service is awesome . The drivers were cordial and professional . The service was for my 2016 Lincoln mkx , recall ecm reprogram , synthetic engine oil change , power transfer unit oil change and transmission fluid drain and fill . No oil or grease in or on car and the Lincoln came back as clean inside as it was upon pickup . I purchased this car from ccf 3 years ago and will bring it to CCF for any services needed in the future . You are literally my neighborhood Ford dealer and service as I live one half mile away .
