Why was the cost of the replacement wiper blades not included with my initial online estimate? Had an online estimate at $65 and ended up paying $130 for my service. Not at all happy about this whatsoever!!!

It should not take 2.5 hours to get an oil change.
The lady that helped was very rude, uninformed of warranty information, uninformed of previous work done on truck which could have possibly been related to current problems. Lack, proper body language and facial expressions lacks compassion for consumers post pandemic.
