The carpet was not put back in place. And there was no tape over the elbow. I fixed it my self.

Dropped off the 2017 Edge the morning of 8/25/21 to Anthony for replacement of the left front strut.
Anthony did follow up with a phone call on the 25th letting me know that the strut needed would need to be ordered and would arrive on 8/26/21 and the cost of the repair.
Waited all day on the 26th for some type of status report on the repair with no report from Anthony.
The morning of the 27th I called Capitol which was answered by Drew and I asked for Anthony. Drew informed me that Anthony had the day off, and that he would check on the status.
Drew informed me that the vehicle was on the alignment rack and that he would give me a call when it was done which he did.
I had given a phone feedback regarding Anthony with an experience my wife had when she brought the vehicle in for an oil change on 8/23/21, and that when the vehicle was picked up Anthony did not mention a "blown" strut which was denoted on the vehicle check-up sheet. This I found on the sheet on review.
On prior service with Capitol the customer service reps always gave a review to us at the conclusion of service.
Oil change and DEF was work done
The service is fast but the guys in the service area aren’t friendly. They are very short and brief. Not much eye contact when speaking with you and when my car was done they handed me the keys but I had to ask where it was parked. It was kinda odd overall. They weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either.

I don’t blame Capitol city Ford but I had to buy this explorer over at Andy Mohr because you guys did not have the base model in stock. Cory is a good guy appreciate working with him I’ve worked with him before this problem was not created by your service department I had a hitch added to it and it was supposed to have wiring but Andy Mohr did not provide that so I brought it in to get wiring and it turns out the aftermarket hitch does not allow the wiring to be attached. I brought it in because it had a rattle and Capitol city Ford did replace one of the struts but it’s still vibrating. I am taking this back to Ziebart and having them fix what they cost with the hitch and install the wiring my only disappointment is I cannot get the wiring done at Capitol city Ford.
