My total satisfaction stands....the only issue I had....was having to ask a rep to turn my oil info sensor back to 100% & the oil usage to 0....all of which should be done as part of the total package before I'm told it's done. Claryce B

Schedule an appointment told me 45 minutes. Took 1 hour 20 minutes. Everything else was good just took a little longer than what I was told

Gale did a fabulous job, She was very kind and very helpful. The only issue I have is when I got in my car there was grease both on the left and right side where the armrest are. That did not please me. I got grease on both of my arms and that should not happen.
