Minor issues, but issues just the same.
1. They did not take my keys to the cashier, nor did they leave them in the car. This caused me an additional walk across the lot.
2. They did not affix the oil change sticker to my window. It was just laying on the dash.
It was not a busy time of day when I was there.
My last obsevation doesn't have to do with your location, but with Ford. Why do they waste resources sending coupons for oil changes if the value of the coupon is the regular price of the service.

This was my 1st time in your service department, Cory did a top notch job ,got my truck in right away for a oil change and tire rotation was done in 45 minutes, awesome experience I will definitely be back again for service. A very satisfied customer.
They took care of all of my needs in about an hour.

I was going to Bill Estes and could never get a response from them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I chose to try Capitol City and am SUPER impressed with their service, I will recommend to everyone I know.

Thank you for fixing your online system. The ability to schedule everything in advance through your website was my main reason for selecting you. I've tried to schedule appointments in the past and the requests had seemed to go into a black hole. This was a great experience all around. Gayle was awesome as well.

I have known Cory for several years starting when he was a service tech at Burd Ford, Indianapolis. Cory is the sole technician I contact. I trust him with my two vehicles and any advice he provides. Great guy and employee.
