I have been taking my car every year to this place because it is official Ford service. Every year I had issues even though I was taking it to yearly checkup. This year, I had issues with the brakes and I decided to give a last chance to test the quality of the service in this place. I was told that one part needs to be replaced. I waited for that part but in the meantime my car was drivable. They replaced that part, then they said another part needs to be changed and that part was also very expensive. The worst thing, my car became undrivable after the first replacement. If the diagnosis was done properly at the beginning and if I was told all the possibilities, I wouldn’t even consider this $2000 repair. I am still not sure whether everything was done properly because still it takes longer than usual to stop when I use the brakes. But I’m very frustrated and disappointed with the service. I am not going to take my car this place again!

Keep up the good work and just so you know I'm on my second car through Capitol City Ford over the last 20 years and I have always found the service to be outstanding and service technicians to be professional and courteous... and not only that to walk in and be called by name by multiple people makes a person feel really great even Steve the service manager called me by name it puts a smile on my face....

Gayle’s customer service was great! She took the time to actually explain services that was needed for my vehicle and she also was very patient with me while I asked her questions. She made my first time experience great an I will definitely be bringing my suv back!!

I have oil change 2 days ago They didn’t close the cover plastic under the engine complete the cover feel on my way home I have to take it back for them to fixe it ,they order some parts I have to take The car back today This the first times something happens probably they didn’t close is properly !
